Italian Pastries

Italians are known for their delicious pastries, such as cannoli’s, tiramisu, and pizzelles.

Cannolis are crispy shells that are filled with sweetened ricotta. They can be ordered with maraschino cherries, chocolate chip, or eaten unadorned.

Our tiramisu is made from a family recipe from southern Italy. We first put ladyfingers in a hot espresso and marsala wine bath. Then we layer the soft ladyfingers with our remarkable Italian cream. We top it all off with some Italian cocoa shavings.

Pizzelles are thin, wafer-like cookies and are made using something similar to a waffle iron that has a snowflake pattern designed into it. We make chocolate swirl, vanilla, almond, and traditional anise, and would love to make a special batch for you.
